After receiving your visit or phone call, we will text you the reception information and repair schedule.
We will not contact you for free after-sales service products, and we will call you to inform you of products that have been repaired.
For products subject to paid after-sales service, we will inform you of the repair cost and release the product after the deposit is completed.

HADA is operated by providing A/S related regulations for safe transactions between sellers and buyers.

Free service


  • Guarantee of free repairs for the period prescribed in Article 16 (2) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Act for failures or defects caused by manufacturing defects despite normal management and use of the sold agricultural machinery according to the instructions purchased (for faults arising after the free warranty period, paid repairs)
  • In the case where the free service is decided according to the company's policy
  • If the repair technician designated by the Company and the parties reoccurs within three months of repair, it will be treated free of charge.


A paid service


  • Service charges may be collected in the following cases, even within the warranty period.
    (Careful handling, drop, shock, damage, excessive operation, etc. of consumers' use after installation)
  • Failure is caused by individual modifications and changes in the use or expectations of components (private products) that have adverse functional effects
  • If it is recognized that the user has omitted the inspection and action
  • If the service center, our designated technician, has not repaired or has failed due to unfair repair or renovation
  • If it is broken down due to natural disasters (fire, earthquake, storm and flood, lightning, etc.)
  • When replacing consumable parts
  • Service charges collected from consumers during paid service shall be classified into parts and repair costs, and shall be in accordance with the standards determined separately
  • Basic components and gift accessories other than the main body are set as consumables, and consumables are excluded from the free warranty.
  • When receiving after-sales service, the protective film or sticker mounted on the exterior of the body may be removed for repair, and in this case, we will not restore it or re-install it.
  • Products that have passed two years can be repaired only for materials held


Other A/S


  • Products received by A/S will only be stored for three months, and if three months have passed but cannot be reached due to unknown contact information, unknown address, long-term non-payment of repair costs, long-term absence of customers who requested A/S, the products received after A/S will be disposed of, and the headquarters will not be responsible for compensation for the damage caused by the discarded products.
  • Therefore, even if the repair is not carried out, we hope that you will not suffer any damage by receiving the product you entrusted.
  • Some products cannot be repaired or exchanged due to exhaustion of parts.
  • The discontinued product cannot be serviced, so please contact us over the phone and proceed with the warranty.
  • When you deposit the repair or exchange fee, you have to deposit the same name as the name at the time of application to process it quickly.
  • If a separate product warranty period is contracted, the criteria will apply accordingly.
